- 1 orange wedge
- 13 cranberries
- 4 oz. orange liqueur
- 1 oz. sweet vermouth
- 4 oz. hard cider
- Splash cranberry juice
- Splash ginger ale
Add the orange liquor, sweet vermouth, cranberry juice, ginger ale, and a few more ice cubes. Shake the mixture well in a cocktail shaker, then strain into an ice filled glass and top off with hard cider. Garnish with remaining cranberries - Serves 1.

- ½ oz. cream liqueur
- ½ oz. pumpkin liqueur
- 2 oz. Absolut Vanilla-
- 1 oz. canned pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp. whipped cream
- 1 cinnamon stick for garnish
Preparation: In a cocktail shaker, shake together cream liqueur, pumpkin liqueur, vodka, and ice. Add pumpkin puree, and shake again. Strain into a glass, top with whipped cream, and garnish with cinnamon stick – Serves 1.
Pear and Rosemary Cocktail
This sweet and refreshing cocktail will awaken your taste buds with the flavors of rosemary and pear.
- 4 cups pear vodka
- 1 cup simple syrup
- 12 sprigs fresh rosemary (plus more for garnish)
- 1 ½ cups pear nectar
- 4 cups sparkling water
Preparation: Muddle rosemary and ice with a cocktail muddler in a shaker. Add vodka, simple syrup, pear nectar and shake well. Strain into glass over ice and top with sparkling water – Serves 8.
